I was referred to the store and what a nice experience I had. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. I purchased a battery operated lawnmower and just finished mowing my lawn. The handheld mini blower worked just as well. Can't wait to go back there.

Sean and Kayleigh are really the true faces of this Ingco business!!
Sean is the manager of the store, if you need assistance, and the best assistance at that, ask for him.
Kayleigh is always so friendly, bubbly, and ready to assist where needed. Her knowledge of Ingco products is very impressive!
What an amazing store! With amazing people greeting you as you walk in!

My favourite INGCO concept store by far.
Best process on average and the most friendly staff.
Love this place.

Found it very difficult to get a hold of them to find out some pricing. When I did finally get to talk to someone they were very rude and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Very unprofessional.

I mainly only get gas or odds and ends. There is only one issue, it takes quite a bit of time to get a refill of gas filled. If you are not in a hurry, then it's fine

Good service from helpful staff. Such a pleasure in these days of appalling customer service.

Top notch service. I placed a telephone order and asked to collect and pay outside. Rian was extremely helpful, knew all the prices, supplied exactly what I needed and was very considerate about my Covid concerns. I will never go anywhere else again.

Top notch. I came upon the shop by accident, remembered I needed something and decided to stop. Awesome. Great service. Friendly people. Barely in the door and someone asked if I needed help even though the shop was busy. I was helped inside of a minute with exactly what I need. Shop is well stocked and busy. Obviously because their service is really excellent.
