Found it very difficult to get a hold of them to find out some pricing. When I did finally get to talk to someone they were very rude and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Very unprofessional.

I mainly only get gas or odds and ends. There is only one issue, it takes quite a bit of time to get a refill of gas filled. If you are not in a hurry, then it's fine

I love Killburn, they always have what I need, always a friendly chat from the staff and willing to assist. If you have a requirement of a hardware nature, they will sort you out fast !

Top notch service. I placed a telephone order and asked to collect and pay outside. Rian was extremely helpful, knew all the prices, supplied exactly what I needed and was very considerate about my Covid concerns. I will never go anywhere else again.

Top notch. I came upon the shop by accident, remembered I needed something and decided to stop. Awesome. Great service. Friendly people. Barely in the door and someone asked if I needed help even though the shop was busy. I was helped inside of a minute with exactly what I need. Shop is well stocked and busy. Obviously because their service is really excellent.
